ST. PAUL, Minn. — June 29, 2026 — MISCO, through its Warkwyn North America division, today announced the launch of Warkwyn Japan, a new acoustical test and measurement organization based in Tokyo.
In conjunction with its formation, Warkwyn Japan has entered into a new distribution agreement with KLIPPEL GmbH, becoming the exclusive distributor of Klippel hardware and software solutions in Japan. Under the agreement, Warkwyn Japan will offer Klippel sales and pre-sales consultation, training, calibration, testing, and engineering support services. In addition, the company will also support customers in the implementation and optimization of Klippel’s KCS technology. With extensive experience in transducer development and acoustic engineering, the Warkwyn team offers application-specific expertise across a wide range of OEM industries.
Warkwyn Japan represents a strategic expansion of MISCO’s global acoustics and measurement capabilities, building on Warkwyn’s established success in North America, where it has long supported Klippel systems across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Dan Digre, CEO of MISCO, has established the company as a leader in advanced loudspeaker engineering and acoustic development utilizing Klippel technologies. Under his leadership, Warkwyn has served as the exclusive representative of Klippel in North America since 2015.
Kent Peterson, General Manager of Warkwyn America, oversees sales, marketing, and technical services in the acoustic R&D sector and works closely with customers on the development and optimization of high-performance transducers and loudspeaker systems.
The local Japanese team is further strengthened by experienced technical specialists Yuki Kameoka, a well-known Klippel expert in Japan, and Makoto Yamaguchi, both of whom bring extensive expertise in acoustic measurement, sound engineering, customer support, and technical assistance.
